Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for all undamaged and unused products purchased from www.anapno.com.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and condition, with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorization: Contact our customer service team at info.anapno@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare the Package: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. Anapno is not responsible for return shipping costs or lost packages.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
